Tammy LeMaster serves as Chief Operations Officer and Partner at The Florida Group. In this role, she is responsible for all operating and financial aspects of the firm. Tammy has been with The Florida Group since its founding. Throughout her time at TFG, she has provided guidance on issues relating to firm business needs and practices, financial matters and organizational operations.

Tammy also currently serves as director of finance for D’Alessandro, Inc., a non-profit consulting firm. She previously served as treasurer for a local non-profit organization she helped found, managing the application for its 501(c)(3) status, incorporating the organization, enacting its by-laws and organizing its structure. In her role as treasurer, she was also responsible for the organization’s $500,000 budget.

Tammy holds a degree in business administration from the University of Florida. She lives with her husband Josh LeMaster and has three sons, J.P., Jarrett and Dalton.
