Joe Mobley is a Partner and Principal at The Fiorentino Group working out of the Jacksonville and Tallahassee offices. Joe previously served as Assistant Vice President of Legislative Affairs at Fidelity National Financial, a Fortune 500 company headquartered in Jacksonville. While at Fidelity, Joe was part of a team responsible for the company’s legislative and political agenda throughout the United States and Washington, DC. He also administered Fidelity’s federal PAC and numerous state PACs.

Prior to joining Fidelity, Joe was the top aide to a State Representative and former Florida Lt. Governor Jennifer Carroll. While in these roles, Joe worked to pass meaningful legislation in the areas of growth management, telecommunications and transportation.

Active in local, state and national politics, Joe has volunteered and raised funds for numerous successful campaigns at all levels. Joe is a past Gubernatorial Appointee to the Clay County Development Authority and is a past Chairman.

Joe began his career, and is still actively involved, in the state legislative process. Since then, he has also developed strong relationships with local elected and appointed officials in Northeast Florida and throughout the state. He has successfully represented numerous clients on local government procurement and legislative matters.

Community involvement ranks high on Joe’s priority list. He is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Riverside Rotary Club of Jacksonville and currently serves on the Board of the Green Cove Springs Wrestling Club as well as the Board of Directors of the Clay County Economic Development Corporation.

Joe holds a degree in Political Science from Florida State University and a certificate in Executive Presence and Influence from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He and his wife, Judge Kristina Mobley, reside in Green Cove Springs with their two children. They attend the Church of Eleven 22.
